1. PROMOTION PERIOD
Baotris, Inc. dba PlayAbly (the “Sponsor”) is offering the Helios Pickleball “WinBack” Promotion (the “Promotion”) beginning at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on November 10, 2025, and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY
Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and the immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. Sponsor will make any determinations of eligibility. Sponsor’s decision as to eligibility is final.
3. TO PARTICIPATE
Entry Method 1 — Conditional Rebate Promotion: Purchase any Helios Pickleball product with a retail value of one hundred dollars ($100) or more, exclusive of taxes, fees, and shipping charges, on https://heliospickleball.com/ during the Promotion Period (each, an “Eligible Product”). Customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”) will receive a full refund if Lewis Hamilton is the official winner of the 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix (the “Conditional Event”).
If the Conditional Event occurs, all customers who made a Qualifying Purchase are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price paid for the Eligible Product purchased during the Promotion Period (the “Rebate”) by following the Rebate terms in Section 4 below. If the Conditional Event does not occur, no rebates will be awarded. Limit one (1) Rebate per person/per household for eligible purchases.
Products purchased during the Promotion Period are not eligible for a refund unless the refund is requested prior to the occurrence of the Conditional Event. Any refund requested before the Conditional Event will no longer qualify for a Rebate. Following the Conditional Event, customers will not be entitled to a refund and may only request an exchange, which shall be granted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entry Method 2 — Mail‑In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Mail a handwritten postcard to Baotris, Inc. dba PlayAbly, 3242 Lincoln Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816 including the following information:
- Full Name
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- “WinBack” Promotion
- 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix
If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible mail‑in entries to receive one (1) Sponsor Gift Card of at least $100 (see Mail‑In Entry Prize Details below). If the Conditional Event does not occur, no mail‑in entry drawing will be conducted.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Mail‑in entry postcard and/or envelope must be written by the eligible customer only. Eligible customers are not permitted to use any third‑party service to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each postcard or envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipment of mail‑in entries will not be accepted. Limit one (1) mail‑in entry per person/per household.

Eligible purchases and/or mail‑in postcards must be completed, postmarked, and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on November 20, 2025. Any attempt by a person to use multiple identities, fraudulent transactions, cancelled transactions, or any kind of bot or automated mechanisms to gain more mail‑in entries or rebates than permitted by these Promotion terms shall result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, eligible customers warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these terms and the final decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify customers suspected of participating in the activities defined above, or any kind of tampering with the Promotion process. Entry information becomes the exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her telephone number during the Promotion.
4. REBATE TERMS
If the Conditional Event occurs, Sponsor will send an email to the address associated with the Qualifying Purchase containing a link to a Typeform® to collect the information necessary to process the rebate, including the customer’s Venmo or PayPal account name and number. To claim the rebate, customers must complete and submit the Typeform® within forty‑five (45) days of the email delivery date.
Rebates will be issued up to a maximum cashback amount of $199.99 per qualifying purchase. Cashback excludes taxes, shipping, and fees. Cashback or store credit (if specified) will be issued within thirty (30) days following Sponsor’s receipt and verification of all required materials.
Customers are solely responsible for completing all required forms accurately and providing all information and documentation requested by Sponsor, which may include proof of purchase, proof of identity, age verification, and/or proof of legal residence. Failure to timely or fully submit the required information or documentation will result in forfeiture of the rebate. Customers are solely responsible for any and all taxes arising from or related to the rebate and may be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit an IRS Form W‑9 or other tax documentation as required by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in communication or transmission, including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete email addresses, spam filters, network issues, or other delivery problems beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor may disqualify any customer from the Conditional Rebate program in its sole discretion if: (a) they fail to provide any required information or documents within the required time period; or (b) they fail to comply with any of these Promotion terms.
5. RANDOM DRAWING / ODDS FOR MAIL‑IN ENTRIES
Within seven (7) days of the Conditional Event, Sponsor will select one (1) mail‑in entry winner by way of a random number generator from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the mail‑in prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and occurrence of the Conditional Event.
6. MAIL‑IN ENTRY PRIZE
If the Conditional Event occurs, one (1) mail‑in winner will receive a Sponsor Gift Card valued at the Average Retail Value of the conditional rebates issued, in an amount of at least $100 (collectively, the “Prize”). The Prize will be procured, administered, and distributed by Sponsor. Gift card will be provided via email and usable only at Sponsor. Gift card terms apply; not redeemable for cash except as required by law. The total minimum retail value of each Prize is $100 USD. The winner will not receive cash value or any other form of compensation. No prize transfer or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All taxes in connection with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize winner may be required to sign and return an IRS W‑9 form within the time period specified by Sponsor and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of prizes received if required by law.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION
The potential mail‑in entry winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the Conditional Event, to verify eligibility and acceptance. If no response is received within seven (7) days, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Proof of identity, age, and legal residence may be required. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner for non‑compliance.
8. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Promotion terms and the final decisions of the Sponsor. Entrants grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, city/state, likeness, and prize information for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Visa, Formula 1, the FIA, the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Mercedes‑AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Lewis Hamilton, and all affiliates are not responsible for any technical, human, or mechanical malfunctions, transmission errors, or unauthorized access that interfere with this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification and legal action.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of Washington.
11. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with these terms and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://playably.ai/policies/privacy-policy.
12. SEVERABILITY / HEADINGS
If any provision of these Promotion terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. Headings are for reference only.
